Ali are scum, the stuff is junk....that's if it arrives. I ordered on 2 March 2022 and still not received my order. As it is over 3 months I can't open a dispute. AliExpress rob you, it is deliberate, do not use them, you'd be better off going to a bad neighborhood and giving them your money as at least you know and see who robbed you. Scum experience dealing with them. Robbing thieving scum.

I have bought a number of jewelry pieces on this website and I have had a great experience. I have been treated with respect and and like a very special customer. I could not ask for more. Everyone I have dealt with have been very professional and extremely helpful. Thank you Aliexpress

I would give negative stars if possible. My sister received a delivery notification 2 months after ordering from a seller on AliExpress. The address they showed had no country and instead the words "other other" after the town.

No response from the seller at all, paypal refunded in the end. The most shonky ecommerce online. WISH is far far superior and has a great line of communication.

I bought 2 things from Aliexpress, and vowed never again.

I have spent $1000's from WISH and will continue to use them.
My advice would be buyer beware.

My experiences with AliExpress have been similar to the last ones with eBay, in some ways AliExpress even works better.
In fact, we have already found quality products.
It still doesn't match eBay in the lack of many more refined products.
If I had everything on eBay, I would prefer to buy from AliExpress.

Total scam. Seller never send the items, kept asking for more money for various reasons. Gave me fake invoices, fake tracking numbers for a fake courier! I couldn't reach anyone at Ali Express to resolve the issue. I never got back my money. Ali Express does nothing to eliminate illegal sellers. There is no way to report a seller who stole your money. Stay away!

The best store to buy from china, I have never had any problems with aliexpress. I am really satisfied.

Aliexpress allows a seller with car brake caliper covers to operate when they build molds based on when you take a photo of your car ans send to them. And... If the mold fails and its defective, there's no refund at all. Aliexpress failed to assisting me to getting that money back. I have wrifte a bad review for them everywhere. They can go eat manure and die. I am never using aliexpress EVER AGAIN!! Aliexpress supports fraud!

I would NEVER recommend this company. Their customer service is the worst!! My item got lost and they were no help. Shipping took an insane amount of time. Couldn’t file a dispute with them. Finally disputed with PayPal and it eventually showed up. But it showed up broken!! Absolutely horrible!!

Anything you buy is low quality Chinese cr4p, and the descriptions do not correspondence to the ítem received. No return policy because they do not pay the shipping, nor the return shipping.
STAY AWAY from this carbage company!!!

I have used Aliexpress (AE) for well over 10 years now, and only because of cheap prices. I can tell you now that though I have been a loyal customer and purchased over 400 items in that time (and would have been way more if they knew how to run an honest platform) it is the worst buying site by a long shot overall.
Also, it is no longer cheap.

For starters, it has the worst search engine you could possibly imagine, and though sites like eBay have their issues, AE has an insane algorithm that is so bent out of shape attempting to get you to buy any rubbish it will simply ignore your keywords and show you anything it wants you to see.
There is simply no way possible to "compare apples with apples" anymore. They have made that intentionally impossible. It is infuriatingly time wasting even trying.
There isn't even any filters to remove or block crap you don't want to waste time trawling through. The default "relevant" is simply a bad joke, and "low to high" will not even net you those results! It simply ignores them.
It works in the complete opposite manner of how a search engine should work.
It does everything possible to hobble your searches.
And it's getting worse, not better!
Now the vast majority of it is either clickbait, or worst still, bait and switch prices!

They use to ask for feedback on the search results of every page you were receiving at one time but clearly they weren't getting the F/B they wanted so they simply removed the ability to leave any!
It's bizarre to think that a company would work like this, but they do.

And that's just the start: Then there's the complete lack of customer service, where it is nearly impossible to contact a human to make a complaint, their annoying bot and timing out will drive you insane, and when you finally manage to get through to a human all you receive is trained by rote 'lip service' and no help whatsoever.

Now the latest I have found is sellers putting items up on sale and then simply not fulfilling their end of the contract. They simply don't send the item. At least 50% of recent purchases have been like this.
Then you have to wait until you get your money back, tying up your funds and wasting so much of your time, only for you to be right back at the start, without the item you were after.
In these situations AE has made it impossible for you to leave these reneging lowlife sellers feedback so they get away with that bad behavior scot free.

AE is no longer a viable exercise and is a false economy to believe that you are going to save money because at the end of the day you will be lucky to save your sanity with them.
BTW, I have barely scratched the surface of what is wrong with that platform. The devil's in the details.

bought 2 seiko watches of ali express what i received wasnt whats on picture and was counterfeit aswell as not working properly so i started a dispute the dispute ended with no refund 😂🤣 what a joke on me deleted app never again will they take any money from me

perfect, I ordered several times with this seller and Its always a joy to see that this seller always ships very fast, some orders arrived sometimes in just 1 week! and the items are always in mind condition well packed, wen they arrive, so thumbs up for this seller, I wish all the sellers were like this seller.So Thanks.

Bought a replacement screen for my iPad, once it arrived I installed it and part of the screen did not respond to touch I contacted the seller about it and he tried to say that I most likely damaged it upon installing it, so I started a dispute against him and showed proof that I did not damage anything and he sent me a faulty screen. I was told to return it to China for a full refund and ship by economy shipping to the local post office in China. It took almost 2 months to arrive to the Post Office in China and once it did I contacted Aliexpress to which they did not want to give me my refund because the return shows that it was delivered to the post office for final delivery which was literally what they told me to do by shipping economy. So now I’m out double what I spent for this junk. Stay away from AliExpress they are scammers.

I've heard meh things about Aliexpress, but I decided to chance it this time because I couldn't find more affordable cosplays. Buying cheap is never the way to go or at least, don't do it on Aliexpress.

I know that since they are an Asian based store that I do have to size higher coming from the US. I took measurements and even went up a size higher. The shipping time wasn't so bad but when I got the items they were not what I was expecting. Of course they didn't fit or they where big on the arms area, but the gut was unappealingly too tight. The problem with the cosplay was just the beginning.
I decided to return the two outfits in hopes of maybe getting a bigger size (which I will not be doing because of this experience). I had to create a dispute and it's not something easy where you just type in why you want to return it. NO, you have to take pictures, a lot of good ones, and/or a video as proof to why you are returning it.
Okay, I took 20-30 min to try on both the outfits, take pics and vids, send them to my email, post it on my dispute, and then a little while later I had to retry one set again because they didn't believe that the size I got was what I got and need better proof. So I did it again. Fine.
I was able to send one package off successfully and unfortunately I had to cancel my dispute for the other one even though I took the time taking pics and retaking pics and getting my dispute all in order because for one, they didn't give me a shipping label. They gave me a Chinese address which I couldn't tell heads or tails to how to even start to write the shipping label.
I decided to ask someone on Aliexpress for help and the only answer I got was to go to the post office and let them help you. So I go on to the post office and find out that the shipping with tracking back to China would be 60 dollars. Ali would reimburse me for the cost, but they will only give store credit. (Which I didn't want because the store and this whole ordeal was already driving me crazy and I didn't want anything to do with this store anymore.)

All in all, I wasted a lot of time and effort and now I'm stuck with the costume I can't fit because I'm not willing to pay for 68 dollars of shipping.
Again, don't bother with the store, don't buy cheap. Buy it on Amazon or something, at least the return policy is 1000x better than theirs.
